Michael Dore

Michael Dore

Ownership partner with overall management responsibility

Michael is an ownership partner with overall management responsibility. Mike also provides sales and product management assistance for wholesaler, contractors and specifying engineers. Previously, Mike was employed at Weil-McLain for 18 years in both sales and product management. He successfully operated his own Rep Agency for 2 years before merging with R.C. Sales in 2000. Mike Graduated from Elmhurst College and earned an MBA from DePaul University in 1996. Mike received his Certified Professional Manufacturers Representative certification from Arizona State University through AIM/R in 2008.

George Pagach

George Pagach

Ownership partner

George Pagach is an ownership partner and joined R.C. Sales in 1992 and has over 30 years’ plumbing industry experience as a technical sales representative. Previously, he was an A.O. Smith District Manager in the northern Illinois market. George attended Moraine Valley Community College for 2 years and has received and provided significant manufacturer training during his tenure. George primarily calls on mechanical contractors, specifying engineers, and wholesalers who participate in the Bid/Spec and Design Build Markets. George helps contractors and engineers select equipment, obtains engineer specifications, and collaborates with wholesalers, selected by the contractors, to obtain orders and visits jobs to ensure that equipment is professionally installed.

Michael Dore III (MJ)

Michael (MJ) is a recent ownership partner and has office and inside sales management responsibilities as well as select customer assignments. Mike served in the National Guard from 2010 to 2018. He earned a BS in Business from Lewis University in 2019. Mike also received his Certified Professional Manufacturers Representative, certification from the University of Texas through AIM/R in 2020.

Ron Carter

Ron Carter

Founder of the company

Ron established R.C. Sales in 1988 and has over 40 years’ industry experience as a sales representative. His product knowledge and industry experience continue to be unbelievably valuable. Ron assists with product training, equipment selection, and provides contractor job site support. Ron graduated from Illinois College with a BS degree in math and a minor in physics. Early in his career he was a high school teacher and coach.

Stephen Lipsey: ME

Stephen Lipsey: ME

Stephen joined R.C. Sales in September 2007 and has over 30 years of industry sales experience calling on wholesalers, contractors and engineers in the plumbing and heating industry. Stephen received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Stephen has product manager responsibility at RC Sales plus an outside sales territory responsibility for plumbing and heating wholesalers, contractors, and engineers.

Ted Romano

Ted Romano

Ted joined R.C. Sales in 2017 having over 25 years of building trades experience; of which the last 20+ has been in the Plumbing and Heating Industry. Ted has 11 years of sales experience working for major wholesalers and 9 years of sales experience as a manufacturer representative calling on wholesalers, contractors, and engineers in the plumbing and heating industry.

Zach DeVoy

Zach DeVoy

Zach joined R.C. Sales in 2020 and has over 10 years of plumbing and heating industry sales experience calling on wholesalers, contractors engineers and builders. He completed a 4-year bachelor’s degree (BA) from Colorado State University in 2012. Zach has product manager responsibility at RC sales plus an outside sales territory responsibility for plumbing and heating wholesalers, contractors, and engineers.

Jason Lucchetti: ME

Jason Lucchetti: ME

Jason recently joined R.C. Sales in 2021. He completed his B.S. from Purdue University in 2015 and brings 4 years of technical sales experience. Jason calls on mechanical contractors, engineers, and wholesalers in the plumbing and heating industry. He has product management responsibility at RC Sales and is responsible for an outside territory for plumbing and heating wholesalers, contractors, architects, builders, and engineers.

David Fischer

David Fischer

David joined R.C. Sales in 2020 and brings 43 years of wholesale industry and customer service experience. David coordinates inside sales, logistics, purchasing, and technical support. He also manages shipping and receiving for RC Sales inventory, as well as coordinates day-to-day office administration duties.

Thomas Tripicchio

Thomas joined R.C. Sales in 2020 and has 5 years of customer service experience. Thomas Graduated from Northern Illinois University in 2018 and earned an MBA from Northern Illinois University in 2019. Thomas oversees inside sales and office administration, provides technical support, prepares quotations, maintains inventory, processes warehouse orders, and manages shipping & receiving.

Jakob Franklin

Jakob Franklin

Jakob joined R.C. Sales in 2022 and has 5 years of customer service experience. Jakob Graduated from Southern Illinois University in 2022 with a Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology. Jakob oversees inside sales and office administration, provides technical support, prepares quotations, maintains inventory, processes warehouse orders, and manages shipping & receiving.
